Find someone to heal my pain-
I feel the thunder, but not the rain.
Confusion is heavy without you around-
It piles on me, pound by pound.
With all the weight, I am nearly gone.
Replace the love with regret and hate-
Scorn is deposited, hope is withdrawn.
Find someone to heal my pain-
I feel the thunder, but not the rain.
Remember the times of hope and trust-
Who knew the rain would turn it to rust?
Feelings were twisted, torn apart.
It wasn’t just you, I blame myself-
There’s a possibility I broke my own heart.
