“Storms”
The clouds come rolling in;
My heart starts a quickened beat.
I better go in the den;
My body starts to heat.
The cracking of the thunder,
After the blazing flash of the lightning.
When I hear the thunder I am thinking of going under;
It is extremely frightening.
When the clouds start to clear,
Out of the corner of my eye appears a rainbow.
Then the fear begins to disappear;
And the sky glows.
The magnificent sky,
Makes my feel like I can fly.
