"What are men compared to rocks and mountains" Pride and Prejudice

I could have just laid there in your arms
Hung onto you like one of those charms
I might be a pretty little addition
But your bracelet is in tarnished condition
My heart was already in pieces
You stole a part and it ceases
To exist in my soul
Betrayal was your goal
Tears have rolled down my cheeks
As blood from a flesh wound leaks
The hours I've slept
Have decreased in the confusion that swept
Over my mind
And now I'll find
A way of blocking you out
But I'll never scream and shout
For your pleasure I won't
I'll stay quiet but just don't
Hurt me again like that night
I could feel how your felt but didn't see the light
I couldn't see your face
our fingers intertwined like lace
That time I pleaded for your touch
Days after I could still feel the rush
Of your fingers on my spine
Your lips on my neck line
Caressing down my every curve
I sensed you at every nerve
What I felt then left a bruise
It hurts now and starts to ooze
I told you everything in confidence
You haven't spoke to me since
My anger is now lame
Now all I feel is remorse and shame
