A Boat

January 14, 2010
Oh blossom big and heal so strong,
as days compel their worlds to nights,
a boat sits a man and his rum...

Oh sing and dance a merry song,
as heaven repeats its midnight choirs,
a boat lays a man and his rum...

Oh hold and whistle anxiety so long
as clocks rewind and freeze the sun,
a boat sleeps a man and his rum...

Oh starfish dream: thou right, thou wrong!
as medieval crests age right along,
a boat sinks a man and his rum...
