She glides across the stage,
Feeling like she is flying,
Feeling beautiful, strong,
And graceful.
She dances with emotion,
Feeling the anger,
The pain,
The joy,
The sadness,
The excitement.
She knows her hard work
Has paid off.
She hears the applause
And as she takes a bow,
The feeling she has is like no other.
