Your world
created mine
Your leaf
Became my vine
Your rainbow
Leads to my pot of gold
But your selfish heart
Made mine cold
The needle you thread
Became my scarf
Your calm fire
Inside my hearth
I planted my heart
But you made it grow
Often you whispered;
"How I love you so."
Your eyes gazed
Intently into mine
That is what brought
Your world to mine
