I see my life as a patch work quilt.
All woven together with love and lies,
Detailed limericks of years before
I see my life as a technicolor mess,
full of photographs and soundtracks
and psychadelic metaphors
I'm young, but my heart feels old.
I'm weak, but my mind feels strong.
I see my life as a patch work quilt,
that you so craftily knit together.
And can so easily tear apart.
