How it hurts so bad
Left alone for awhile
Never seeing you
So come back to me
As the wind blows harder, chilling everyone
With the dogs barking, awaiting your arrival
Just come back to me
With the fire crackling, I'll wait for you
Sun goes down along with my hopes
But everyday is a new beginning
Another day to wait, in hopes of your return
Each day is like this, an endless amount of time
Until you return, come back to me
So my heart can soar
And your eyes will twinkle
While the fire dances, showings it delight
Just come back to me
