"The seed you sow today is the crop you reap torrmow."

Do you see the real me?
Can you look into my eyes and see the wildness of the sea?
Can you imagine us running free through the grass and the trees?

Can you set the real me free?
Can you guard me safely across the roaring sea in to peaceful harmony?
Do you see the real me?

You wouldn’t dare leave me to drown in misery?
Or do you see The Real Me as a comedy?
Can you imagine us running free through the grass and the trees?

Do you have the key?
Or will our love be a beautiful symphony?
Do you see the real me?

Will you stay with me so I never will be lonely?
Are you the remedy to my broken heart or will you tear it apart?
Can you imagine us running free through the grass and the trees?

Or are you really a big phony?
You’re the number one on my love chart.
Do you see the real me?
Can you imagine us running free through the grass and the trees?

The author's comments:
I had been thinking about myself, and how I feel towards the way I been growing up. So I wrote this poem to try and express how I was feeling.
