On days like this
When the sky is white
And the snow falls
So heavily that
Everywhere you look
The world is BLIND
All color disappears
These days bring longing
For warmth, for safety
For love, for life
Life without fear
For someone you can
Forever hold close
And never let go
Even when you feel
Blinded.
