Cold
Shivering
Cold
It runs down my body
across my chest
up my veins.
The snow falls, the wind blows
I shake.
My clothes freeze to my skin
My mind blurrs in and out
Alone in a cold world
frozen to the surface.
I crawl into my bed
Cold
Shivering
Cold
I fight for my life as i toss and turn
I need warmth and light
I live cold
I breath cold
I am cold.
I sleep in a cold bed,
In a cold house,
In a cold country,
In a cold world
And my veins are filled with its ice.

But, my heart still beats
with pump after pump I will make this self warm
This house warm
This state warm
This world warm
And if i can not be warm
Than this world will freeze
This country will freeze
This house will freeze
This body will freeze
This heart will freeze.
My warmth will freeze in my veins
Lost in ice

I am cold
