I wait and wait,
mere seconds feel like hours.
My love is changing to hate,
when will he be back?
He promised me he would come,
so where has he gone?
All my tears have left me numb,
I am growing ill.
He has stood me uo once more,
I will have to say goodbye.
Sorrow leaks from my core,
I am letting you go, my love.
