The You
I found you
Alone in a dusty old room
With a chair, a guitar
Quiet as a tomb
Only you’re soft thrashing
Pierces the intangible walls.
For though you’ve been gone
15 years has given me cause
To know that you’re fine.
I can see the you only faintly
For the only light is a solitary bulb
Which flickers occasionally
Though I know it will never go out
You’re fine, alone and happy
Just one last thing
Nevermind
