There is a time when at war,
Men do things they never thought before.

Bullets fly and people die,
Men that will breathe no more.

Men who were so brave,
Are now lying in their grave.

Bullets fly and people die,
Men that will live no more.

History is doomed to repeat,
As the armies lay in defeat.

Bullets fly and people die,
Men that will be no more.

We are doomed to be in war,
In this world forever more.

Well Done!! Maybe this poem will 'wake some people' up to the true reality of war and the fact that men & women are dying for our freedom while we sit here at home-often oblivious to what is going on.

This will hit home with those who served and open the eyes of those who did not! Nicely done young man.
