Just a glance back
At what used to be
Continue to walk
Head held high
As tears drips to the ground
Faster and faster
Until no more can come
You have said your last good-bye
You now have no where to go
What do you do?
What did you say?
There’s nothing left
But the past
Now a new future
Awaits your next step
Walk out of the old
And into the new
The sad becomes happy
The mad becomes calm
The once feelings you felt are now numb
A look over the shoulder
Just a glance back
