you say you just wanna be friends
then why do you
get mad when I mention any guys
say they’re all full of lies
get offended when I don’t sit close to you
say I’m pushing you away
when you know all I want
is for you to stay
I tell you how I feel
about you
about us
my ability to trust
and still it’s not enough
I thought by now you’d know
just tell me what you want
and I’d give it to you
