Only a Freshmen...

My throat is dry,
My lips are cracked,
My heart is racing,
And I'm so unsure.
I keep gettng lost,
I keep getting confused,
I keep doubting myself,
And I keep getting torn.
I can't help thinking
About what others are thinking,
Even though I know
I shouldn't care.
It's difficult to explain,
But I'm only a Freshmen.
Only a Freshmen,
With four years to go.
I'm only a Freshmen.
Yeah, that should explain it all...
