Save me.
I need someone to help me.
Let me slip my hand into yours.
How safe I feel.
A hero in disguise is what you are.
You might not be able to fly, stop bullets, or punch through walls,
but you fly through my mind,
stop my heart, and punch all my former standards into a pulp.
You redfined all I wanted, all I ever needed.
My shining knight, my Superman.
So I'll just wait for you to come save me as I dangle over the precipice, because I know, just know, that you'll always be there.
