Wired Now

I can’t remember
when things changed
to this black-white
panorama
or when everything
stopped moving on a
whim—when things were
programmed
I don’t know
if I like the
mindless race… moving in
sequence
all I know is that you made this
worth the sparks and
short-circuiting
I may not
be in control of
me anymore, but I
am certainly rewired toward you
