What would you do, if you knew?
Knew how much I still care
Knew how much I think of you
Or that I fall asleep crying
What would you do, if you knew?
Knew what goes through my head
Knew what’s in my heart
Or what I think of doing to end the pain
What would you do, if you knew?
Knew that your always on my mind
Knew that I miss you
Or that I’m never happy
So tell me,
What would you do, if you knew
That I still love you

The author's comments:
This was inspired by a guy who broke my heart several times. When i read it to my best friend, whose a completely slow guy, the first thing he said is, "They should know." The fact that he said that really surprised me, and i realized that they should know. I hope this poem helps anybody who feels the way i do, hopelessly lost in love.
