Ocean Water,
Waves crash
On the sharp rocks.
The sunset
So gracefully set
On the chilling waters of the horizon
The waves crashing
In sync
With my beating heart
The warm sand
In between my toes,
Sends shivers up my spine.
The boats float by,
Like swans in a lake.
The lighthouse
Opens its bright eye
To shine down on me
And keep me safe.
The birds
Are there with me
To keep me company
In my time of loneliness.
