Past, Present, and Future,
September 19, 2009
I lay in the grass watching it pour over me
Staring up at the sky
Dreaming.
Dreaming of my life ahead of me.
Dreaming of who I will be.
Dreaming of who I was.
Wishing I could go into the future.
Wishing I could go back in time to see what I use to be like.
The only thing I can do is look at the future and the small memories of the past.
I watch as the rain falls on my skin and it runs down in bullet size drops.
I smile at the sky.
Hoping my life will just get better.
