My Mind is Free
As i opened the Book
It swept Me away
from everywhere i looked
I arrIved in this world
Wit an OrAnge MoOn
Whose sky was Always
changin like growin Doom
The birds were all green
Like they Ate toO mucH
Brocolli
iT seemed...
There were no words to express
cause when i open my mouTh
NOthing tumbled out
like i had forgotton the taste of
the Alphabet
I looked around for the first time
and realized that i Am lyin
on the Ground
I rise slowly watchin the streaks
of light dancing around
Like they did Not want to b
FOund
My eyes shine like
i swallowed a Light buLb
Brighter than the one's in
the NYCity subs
A strange woman walks past and doesn't happen to see ME.. on the
sideWalk lOokin as confused as cAn
B
The winD caRried her scent on
its shoulders right to my nose
It was a mixture of tomatoes
& pinecones a smell i would rather
Not
have known
Her shape was like a coke bOttle
Her hair was long and Her sKin
lOoKed like an artist's canVas
thAt should never hav been Shown
She waLked inTo the horizon and
Never came BaCk again...
I should have fOllowed her...
ImAgine the adventure
it would have Been...!
