Seasons
When the wildflowers dance in the spring meadow,
When the wind blows through the field of ripening wheat
When the morning mist of autumn softens the soil
And when the winter sun sparks and glints
I will be the one
On that one summer evening
Waiting for you next under the willow tree
As you lie in the quiet hours
But you will be too far down in the rich earth
To hear my cries

Hello, my name is Nicole Kim and I am the poet behind this work. I've always had a passion for reading and going through so many wonderful and heartfelt pieces of art inspired me to start my own creative journey through fictional novelettes and poems. Continuing the stories of characters that I have read, or ones I have made up through the ideas of character development crafted carefully from my general knowledge, has made me realize how complex storylines can be, and this is one I've made from my ideas of following a depressed character in one of the recent stories that I read.
