Truth has many shades. It's not a matter of black and white, but many grays.

I spread my wings,

Once so ever white,

Now not so bright.

I spread my wings,

Blackening from Satan's ink,

And my halo melts,

Dripping molten gold down my face.

I spread my wings,

As scarlet tears mix with

The melted halo upon my face.

I spread my wings,

And watch as God damns me

And fires burn my flesh!

My feathers wither and curl in the heat.

I spread my wings,

And throw my head back,

And cry in agony,

As golden flames consume me.

I spread my wings,

In these final moments.

In the house of my father,

I regret my betrayl!
