I am too young to miss your kiss
and I am too young to feel anguish over this.
I am too brave to have anything to fear
and I am too brave to not want to be here.
I am too strong to feel so weak
and I am too strong to struggle to speak.
I am too smart to feel inadequate
and I am too smart to feel imperfect to commit.
I am too devoted to myself
to want to be anybody else.

this piece was one of the most important poems i've ever written. an utter change in topic, this is about restoring hope to individuals and reminding us that we are all so much more than we could ever think to be and to never forget that we are stronger, smarter, and braver than we could ever know.
