Titanic

This beautiful ship, this unsinkable ship
That's what they all believed
Passengers drank their tea with a careless sip
Oh how that ship deceived

Oh what a dream this journey seemed
With decorations, parties, and feasts
Picking up speed, the engines steamed
Unaware of the hidden beasts

With an unnerving crack that beast took hold
In order to to break her bones
The indifference of the ice--so cold
Making plans with Davey Jones

Panic arises for none wish to meet their doom
Not all can be saved
There are not enough lifeboats and not enough room
The strength inside each of them caves

The regret of our arrogance shows true
If we could take it back, we would
A moment of silence to pay our dues
The only comfort comes in knowing we did all we could
