Inner heart.

A paper came out yesterday,
All the towns people were in dismay.
On the front page, letters printed bold,
Teenager commits suicide, not very old.
No one had ever thought of it.
Thought she would want quit.

She smiled every day,
In perfect display.
A master of disguises was she.
And we all missed her silent plead.
there was only one way to be free.

Inside her heart,
She prayed for some support.
To help bear the pain.
Trying to stay sane.
But the attempt was in vain.

I pulled the gun to my head,
No thought of dread.
Thankful for an end.
Preparing my death bed.
Covered in rose that are red.
No more thinking of the unsaid.

We found her body covered in blood.
My wife hit the floor with a thud.
The wailing seemed to last for days.
Could we have made her stay?
She will be missed always.
