This night
is the night without dreams,
because I am not dreaming you.
Instead,
you are here,
in my arms
and unlike a dream,
I won’t ever let you go.

This night
I am yours to keep.
Those things you’re saying
Saying to me in
Sweet, smooth, seductive Spanglsih.
Say them again will you please?

This night
If it’s our only night,
Keep me close,
Enough for our hearts to play.
And
Will you let me stay?
So that never,
will I have to wake up
and wish it weren’t just a dream
of

This night

What a great piece. It’s so understandable. You made it really easy to see where you’re coming from. I hope you keep writing, because this is really good. You should check out some of my stuff. I think you would like it.
