On Top Of A Mountain
I crawl from my snow shelter
Prepared for the cold weather
On the top of a mountain
On a bright night without rain
To behold a wondrous sight
Stars shining gloriously in the night
The sheer number astounded
The clarity of the stars abounded
Myriads of lights and beams
Made it surreal, gave me dreams
From gleaming Draco to unforgettable Orion
They firmed my belief in the God of Zion
The beauty I see on Mt. Rainier
Almost makes my eyes tear
As I crunch my way through the snow
I take one last glance at the glow
Prepared for the cold weather
I crawl back into my snow shelter
