Life for me hasn't been a dandelion
It has had rains and winds
And thorns
-Desloant
But all the time
I've been growing strong
And holding on
And sometimes going through a storm
Where there isn't any hope
So, Momma, don't you turn back
Don't you stop blooming
Because you find i's difficult
Don't you disappear now
For i'm still going, Momma
I'm srill growing
And life for me hasn't been a dandelion.
