Feet rustles amass
What is that? I wonder
From the distance I perceive
A dog frolicking in the grass
The dog is Peace, he is Energy
He is energetic centrally
Lazy, he will never be
Slobbery pink tongue out, panting
The dog is never ranting
About worries, care-free; enchanting
A fuzzy brown head lifts
Against my palm; I pet
Heavy, breathy panting sounds
The fur makes its rounds
Of transferring in my hand energy that bounds
The fur is rough, yet soft
Do you feel it?
Peacefulness is calling
Do you hear it?

The author's comments:

I always play with my dog outside. I pictured him running across the fields freely.

While I am by no means a dog lover, I admire the structure of this poem

"It Will Be Good." (complicated semi-spiritual emotional story.)

"Upon his bench the pieces lay
As if an artwork on display
Of gears and hands
And wire-thin bands
That glisten in dim candle play." -Janice T., Clockwork[love that poem, dont know why, im not steampunk]

wow, better get cracking on the last few pieces to.. elite! (aside from brief excitement I don't think it changes much, but ts cool. it also shows a serious writing addiction. I'm about 150. not a bg deal, just virtually impossible to read all my stuff.)
