Campfire

By , dracut, MA

The dark blue sky.

Stars peek through gleaming.

The moon awakwens.

Marshmallows of fire roasted vanilla, drape over the fire.

Wooden sticks,plucked from the forest.

Sits ready to crumble.

S'mores burn,graham crackers honeyed.

Chocolate silk.

I take my last bite.

Fire dims.

Until the sun rises.
