Thank you, for the many days in the yard
Surrounded by that white picket fence
Incense scattered about the weightless air,

The endless days, in the forest dense
We would hike to see nature's way.
Thank you for playing with me
Those days when tomorrow
Seemed so far away.
But now the skies are gray
And no longer do we play
But we remember
Those tender days
Surrounded by
The white picket fence
