Things to do when you´re sad

Take a warm shower.

Change into comfy clothes.

Jump into bed with nothing
       but junk food.

Put on a romantic or sad

        movie.

Turn off the lights.

Cuddle in bed while eating
      junk.

Cry a little.

Give yourself space.

Pull yourself together.

Then lastly, close your eyes

and fall asleep to relieve your pain.
