Waiting
He's waiting,
impatient but kind,
clutching his umbrella.
The rain# pours down like a

er
f
a
l
l
But he waits.
Hours, minutes, seconds.
People passing by
urge him to seek shelter.
But he refuses
And he waits.
The rain becomes more intense,
if it was even possible.
But he just clutches his
umbrella tighter and
he waits.
After awhile the rain
stops.
abruptly.
And he closes his umbrella,
looks up at the sun,
smiles,
and steps inside.
