Mirror
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
tell me what to say
before I fall.
I'm not quite sure how much longer I can keep up the fa'ade,
the smile on my face.
'Strive,' you say 'strive to keep your place,
the laugh that's expected,
the idiot that's never relied on.
The one who is always there, never counted.
But most importantly remember,
keep your lips shut,
and lift with your knees.
Wouldn't want to put your back out
with the weight of the world.'
