Drowning in sorrow
I turn to you
To fill me with happiness
Not to forever make me blue
This task you have completed very well
A change has occurred that not very many can see
Tears no longer fall from eyes daily
And a faint smile is seen more often
With you in my life I now have a reason
A reason to wake up everyday
More a less a reason to face the day
I am no longer a prisoner of
My self-conscious nor emotions
Worries seem drift away
Because with you in my life
I know everything will be okay
