Dressed in white
Bringing on the world’s view;
He was lost in his own despair
Despair that he didn’t know was there

Dressed in black
Beauty was his new found holy grail
Beauty was his hell; trapped melancholy
Capturing beauty

Till the day the last sun rises
Clinging to the edge with his crooked claws;
Time flashed, beauty pasted, despair lingered
Seeing himself within the depths,
Dressed in white

the insperation for this piece stemed from the idea that beauty is everything concerning our society and that from the minute we are born our purity is ruin by societies rules.
