This isn't a dream
Dreams are perfect, nothing goes wrong
Dreams can end, you wake up.
But this is not a dream.
I pinch myself, and nothing changes
I pray that it does
But you're not here
This not a dream
This is real
And real hurts
Real is knowing that no matter what I do
No matter what I say,
Or how much I pray
You're still not coming back
Real hurts
Knowing hurts
Dreaming hurts
Everything hurts
When you're not here
