I do not mind the darkness
Because it's better than the light.
I do not mind the darkness
Because it hides the fears I show.
I do not mind the darkness
Because it feels so cold.
I do not mind the darkness
Because it let me forget my scars.
I do not mind the darkness
Because it is a mask.
Who I am will be hidden
When no one understands.
