Force yourself to pull up the corners of your lips
Even if you have to clench your fists
As if the single action takes every ounce of energy you contain
But never use
Bear It
Force yourself to endure every jibe and hideous glare
Even as they speak all the things you never want to here
As your head is screaming the things you are burning to say
But never will
