Your face is etched into my mind,
You've been a friend for a very long time,
Among the years- your face I could not find,
a face as kind as yours,
I think of all the stories you've told,
The ones that made me laugh,
and yet- I can not grasp your face,
not even half,
I saw you just the other day,
Your face I could not find,
It is now etched into my mind.
