I lie in bed at night
and pray that my
heartache from
you will go away.
You said you loved me,
but that was a lie.
Why is it so hard
to say goodbye?
I loved you with
all of my heart,
but you hurt me
so much just by
playing your part.
Your part was cheating
and beating, when all i
wanted was to keep
you from leaving.
Now it's time to
say goodbye, because
you left me in the
blink of an eye.
