Summer flings fade
As the first leaf falls
Colder winds must blow here
Pull old sweaters out
The air is growing chilly
As we stumble into fall

Then came Autumn to the rescue

Then came Autumn to the world

The trees grow grey forever after

In the heart of this girl

The wind it whispers still
Echoes through the forest
Singing me to sleep
Still I dream
I'm dancing with the angels drenched in red and gold

Then came Autumn to the rescue
Then came Autumn to the world
The trees grow grey forever after
In the heart of this girl
Of this girl
