You hide behind something- a humongous white wall.
All these questions in your head, yet you never let it fall.
You put up an act- quite degrading..
...but what you don't realize, is that it's slowly fading.

Whether you know it or not, you seem to fail.
You don't fool anyone, but you're too scared to bail.
You've got a false identity, and you're afraid to unveil the mask,
because if you do, you'd completely lose your grasp.

Your grasp on reality, but is it really real?
This person you lie behind, do you really feel?
You don't even know the truth anymore, just because you want to belong-
What do you even do this for? don't you realize it's wrong?

Right now, it's all temporary- what you think you know.
You act so big and scary, but on the inside you wanna let go.
But if you let go, who would stay? all those people you secretly betrayed.
The most important person being you- because in all honesty, that's the one you never knew.

In the end, what will you do?
When the wall crumbles down, and it reveals the real you?
When you no longer remember who you once pretended to be...Who will be the person that they will really see?
