Favorite Quote:
The only queer people are those who don't love anyone.

I.
Snow drips from the
Clear blue sky and
Flutters to the Earth
In silent resignation

II.
Scattered ice sparkles
In the pristine mounds
Of glistening snow

III.
Sand skitters across
The frozen concrete and
Crumbles in on itself

IV.
The bittersweet air
Forms the shadow of
Your breath as it escapes
Your chapped lips

V.
Life ceases to flourish
And retreats back to
It's frosty den and lounges
Until it receives
Its annual invitation back
Into the thawing atmosphere

VI.
Trees trade their striking leaves
For their bony, wooden
Skeletons
And a thin dusting
Of white
