goodbye
Goodbye
As I walked into the crowd
People were watching us
But I didn’t notice
I walked over to you
I touched your beautiful face
I tried not to cry
But the tears were always there
I tried to tell myself it was all just a horrible dream
But when I felt the pain
I knew there was not waking up soon
I leaned over and whispered quietly only for you to hear
I Love You.
Then I put the roses on your casket
And walked away saying
Goodbye.
