the golden glow

The Golden Glow
The glow struck my vision
I remember that it was like a ball of light that had to get my attention
It danced in front of me like a child with ADHD trying to get me to look at it.
I finally looked up
And there I see all that I hold dear to me
My family
My sisters
My pets
They were waving and I knew that they weren't leaving,
They have been with me all along.
