Nothing That I Wanted

I try to forget but you’re breaking in
I know I don’t want you
You’re nothing that I believed in, nothing that I believed in
I just wanted someone to never let go
But you let go and left me alone
Your touch is so cold
You’re nothing that I ever wanted or needed
But every time I see you I can’t stop
You’re like a disease, I need to be treated
Your toxic kiss lingers on my lips
But I want more, there’s nothing more
Your eyes see straight through me
I try to hide it
But your kiss is too hard to resist
This tension is all we have between us
All I want is this, nothing else
You’re no good for me; we are something I could never trust
I can’t think straight
My mind isn’t clear
Just don’t look at me, I want this to fade
I’m not strong enough to walk away
I need you to leave because we are a mistake
I’m weak and you’re bringing me closer to you
I don’t need this, I don’t want you
But I need you
Your touch is so cold
You’re nothing that I ever wanted
But every time I see you I can’t stop
I can’t be treated
Your toxic kiss lingers on my lips
I want more this
